Shure Announces Expanded Roles for Scott Sullivan and Dave Cerra

Anaheim, Calif., January 19, 2017—Shure Incorporated has announced that Scott Sullivan was promoted to Vice President of Global Product Management, and Dave Cerra was promoted to Associate Vice President in its Product Development Division.

Scott is responsible for positioning products, planning for enhancements, assessing competition, and evaluating the overall future of Shure’s product lines. He will also provide input and contributions as a key member of the Corporate Management Committee and Chairman of the Roadmap Planning Team.

Scott Sullivan joined Shure in 1989 and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from St. Xavier University.

Dave joined Shure in 1995 and greatly improved the audio quality of Shure products. In addition to inventing Shure’s patented Audio Reference Companding, Dave led the Product Teams responsible for PSM®900, PSM®1000, Microflex® Wireless, and numerous associated products. He is currently leading the development of new Wired and Wireless Discussion Systems and the next generation of Microflex® Advance™.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
