Push to use TRS output. Audio is routed to the TRS connector when the button is pressed, audio at the XLR connector is always on.

Push to use XLR output. Audio is routed to the XLR connector when the button is pressed, audio at the TRS connector is always on.

Push to toggle XLR and TRS. In toggle mode, the button routes the audio to either the XLR connector or to the TRS connector.
