MOTIV Mix

The MOTIV Mix desktop app is designed to simplify your audio workflow, so you can focus on the podcast, stream or tracks you&rsquo;re creating. Manage up to five channels of recording, streaming, monitoring, and system audio inputs via one clean interface. The app makes setting up your MOTIV microphones* easy and lets you adjust EQ, compression, limiter, tone and much more. MOTIV Mix also gives you full access to the advanced DSP features of select MOTIV Microphones. Take control of your audio now.

ShurePlus - Motiv Video

Shure MOTIV&trade; Video is designed to integrate the excellent audio performance of our MOTIV and MoveMic range of microphones with professional video camera functionality. The app offers on screen audio metering, improved, high quality audio and integrated controls to adjust the DSP (digital signal processing) features that are available within your microphone and as as customizable frame rate and video quality based on the mobile device performance. It is also a convenient and reliable stand-alone application for high-quality video.

The MOTIV MV88+ Video Kit is a premium Digital Stereo Condenser Microphone.

Your new mobile recording rig directly connects to any Apple device via a Lightning connector, or via USBC to select *additional devices.

The MV88+ has all you need to capture great content right out of the box. The included phone mount is also compatible with your existing set‐up, allowing to connect to any tripod with a &frac14;&rdquo;‐20 (or &frac14; camera tripod) connector.

The free MOTIV Audio &amp; Video apps enable recording control, and the ability to save and share your content in multiple formats. Apps include real‐time audio control, including five built‐in DSP preset modes (Speech, Singing, Flat, Acoustic Instrument, Loud), microphone gain, stereo width, and high‐quality 24‐bit /48 kHz recording.

The MV88+ Video Kit is the perfect high‐fidelity solution for mobile capture of all variations: live performance, field recording, interviewing, audio for video and vocal and instrument recording.

MVX2U is a powerful single-channel Digital Audio Interface that enables you to record or stream directly to a computer with your XLR microphone of choice. Upgrade your sound with configurable DSP features via the free ShurePlus MOTIV App. Providing up to +60dB of gain, the MVX2U has enough power to bring your SM7B to life and achieve that crisp, warm broadcast tone. The MVX2U comes with Auto Level Mode and phantom power turned on by default, making it out-of-the-box optimized for consistent recording or livestreaming with any dynamic or condenser XLR microphone.

MV7 users have the additional option of enabling Auto Level Mode; a ‘set it and forget it’ application for consistent recordings every time. MV88+ users can adjust their pick-up pattern to suit their recording application. 
 
 
We will be ending our support for ShurePlus MOTIV Desktop App from 31st May 2025 onwards and it will be replaced by the <a href="https://www.shure.com/products/software/motiv-mix">MOTIV Mix™ Desktop app</a>. Users are advised to download MOTIV Mix to ensure access to latest Shure software features and firmware updates for your MOTIV microphones. 
*We recommend uninstalling the ShurePlus MOTIV Desktop App before downloading MOTIV Mix to ensure a smooth transition to the new software.
