Take the Stage
It should come as no surprise that a company that makes microphones is a magnet for musicians and creative talent. Many who work at Shure are musically or creatively inclined in one way or another. While performance is not our entire business, it's certainly a major part of it, and our work-life culture reflects that in many ways. Associate musicians practice and perform rock, jazz, classical, and other genres for their peers, inspiring everyone to get involved.
Associates also prepare comedy skits, poems, choreographed dances, and more. We host events throughout the year like our highly anticipated global holiday shows, our New Year's celebration, Karaoke Fridays, and the popular Eat to the Beat summer concert series to showcase the truly talented Associates at Shure. We certainly have a culture that promotes creativity and most of all, FUN!
Learning and Development
We have a culture dedicated to learning and development at Shure. We believe that continued learning is essential for our Associates’ happiness, career growth, and engagement. Our blended learning strategy involves career planning, on-demand and live training, and coaching and mentoring programs. We want all Associates to clearly see how they can grow, and how we’ll support them on their journey.
