To open the Product Documents library:

• Visit the Support section of our website https://www.shure.com/en-US/support
• Choose User Guides & Documentation from the page options
• The library opens with the full set of documentation available to browse or search.

Why is the TechPortal being retired?

Shure is consolidating customer resources into fewer digital platforms to create a more consistent experience. Product documentation, technical resources, and product information that were previously available in TechPortal are being made available through Shure.com and other Shure platforms.

What about CAD files, BIM files, drawings, and install guides?

These resources remain available through the associated product pages under Documentation and document libraries on Shure.com.

To narrow by document type using the left-hand filters on the Product Documents Library:

• View the filter panel on the left.
• Expand the Document Type filter.
• Select the type you need — for example User Guide, Spec Sheet, CAD/BIM File, Install Guide, or Firmware Release Notes.
• The results list refreshes automatically to show only that document type.

What if I support discontinued products?

Technical resources for legacy products are available at: Shure Products and Solutions.

Where can I find firmware downloads and release notes?

Firmware downloads and release notes continue to be available on Shure.com at Software and firmware.

Not able to find the document or product resources you need?

• Try the site search bar at the top of Shure.com.
• Type the product name or model number (for example, SM7dB or MXA920).
• Select the matching product from the suggestions, or press Enter to see all results.
• If nothing matches contact Shure Technical Support.
