AVIXA

AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) is the producer of InfoComm trade shows around the world, co-owner of Integrated Systems Europe, and the international trade association representing the audiovisual industry.


Established in 1939, AVIXA has more than 3,000 enterprise members representing over 20,000 AV professionals, including manufacturers, systems integrators, dealers and distributors, consultants, programmers, live events companies, technology managers, content producers, and multimedia professionals from more than 80 countries. AVIXA members create integrated AV experiences that deliver outcomes for end users

AV User Group

AVUG (Audiovisual User Group) is a a thriving community of over 1700 members of AV end user professionals benefitting from each others extensive knowledge and experiences and who meet engage and network at our regular, local AV User Group meetings and networking events. 


AVUG is a non-profit organization whose activities and events are financed by supplier sponsorship who get to present to, and network with, our members. All funds are used to deliver User Group meetings, evening networking sessions and other industry events.

5G-Media Action Group (5G-MAG)

5G-MAG brings together the media and telecom industries, fostering collaboration on richer media experiences powered by the Internet, mobile technologies, networks, multimedia systems, codecs, and APIs.


Shure is engaged in 5G-MAG to study the use of 5G for audio content production. This includes the study of Non-Public Networks (NPNs) using 5G technology designed for localized non-public use covering areas like studios, stadiums, etc and associated spectrum that can be made available in a free or affordable manner.

African Telecommunications Union (ATU)

ATU is the leading continental organization fostering the development of information and communication technologies infrastructure and service in Africa.


Shure’s objective in ATU is to secure spectrum to support events, content production and conferencing on the African continent and share information about the underlying technologies.

Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG)

ASMG was established for Arab countries to cooperate in the field of spectrum management by sharing and exchanging views on the emerging radio communication aspects as well as to manage and coordinate all issues related to spectrum management. 


Shure’s objective in ASMG is to secure spectrum to support events, content production and conferencing in ASMG member countries and share information about the underlying technologies.

Association of Professional Wireless Production Technologies (APWPT)

APWPT is an international association that represents the interests of users and manufacturers of wireless production equipment. 


Shure and the other APWPT members work to secure radio spectrum for the cultural and creative industries worldwide.
