• Addressed a minor issue with network discovery. Under some network conditions devices can become undiscoverable on the network and require a restart. Version 2.9.1 fixes this issue.

Known Issues

• When connected to iPad Pro via a USB-C cable, the MV88+ will pass audio and gain can be adjusted. However, the MOTIV apps will only display ‘external mic’, and the settings screen will not be available. Shure recommends using another device to configure the settings before using with iPad Pro. No adjustments can be made in real-time (except gain) on the Shure MOTIV apps when using an iPad Pro.

Recommendation

• Update all Axient Digital devices in a configuration to version 1.4.9 or later. Newer devices may ship with version 1.4.10. Version 1.4.10 is for internal manufacturing purposes only and does not affect the behavior of the product. Downgrading from version 1.4.10 to 1.4.9 is not recommended.
