Diversity & Inclusion

Shure is committed to creating a work environment that allows every Associate to be their authentic self.
We believe it’s the people, not just our products, that make us successful. Every story of every Associate has left a unique imprint on each product that bears the Shure name.
We honor the diversity of our teams through Associate Resource Groups, International Food Days, mentorship programs, and global awareness celebrations that are designed to promote pride and togetherness at every level.

We've developed our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) initiative that includes Associates from all over the world. They are helping to continue to define and implement important Company actions in this space that reflect Shure's Core Values.

Shure is proud to celebrate Black History / African Ancestry Month in February. Globally throughout the month, we’re sharing educational resources and activities to reinforce our Company’s commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access. Our Associate Resource Group leaders, members, and volunteers are bringing us important examples of cultural diversity and education that we can share throughout our Company.

A highlight this month is our latest global discussion panel, “Shure’s Journey through the Civil Rights Era,” where we’ll discuss racial and cultural diversity in a safe and open forum with all Associates.

Shure embraces IDEA year-round, providing support and resources, so we can continue to be a more informed and understanding Company for our Associates, our customers, and our partners.
