This rebate offer is made by Shure Asia Limited (“Shure”) exclusively to original end user purchasers in Thailand and subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. This rebate offer is only valid for purchases of the following Shure wireless microphone: BLX, SLX-D Digital, QLX-D Digital, ULX-D Digital, Axient Digital, PSM300, PSM900 and PSM1000 (“Eligible Shure Products”). Products included as Eligible Shure Products may change subject to the release of new products and discontinued sales of existing products. This offer is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
2. This rebate offer requires a one-to-one trade-in of one (1) channel of a wireless system to receive a rebate for one (1) wireless channel of a newly purchased Eligible Shure Product. For example, to receive a rebate for one new Shure system including four (4) wireless channels, an eligible trade-in must include at least four (4) single-channel transmitters and four (4) single-channel receivers OR four (4) single-channel transmitters and two (2) dual-channel receiver OR any other valid combination of multi-channel transmitters and receivers.
3. Applicable rebate amount specified is for each wireless channel of an Eligible Shure Product, provided that a rebate claim is properly made and submitted in accordance with this offer (including sending in Trade-In Product for each Eligible Shure Product purchased) and subject to all other applicable terms and conditions.
4. This rebate offer is available only to original end user purchasers in Malaysia and is valid only for purchases of Eligible Shure Products. Original end user purchaser must obtain a Rebate Authorization number according to paragraph 6 below on or before Dec 31, 2021 (the “Promotion End Date”). Distributors, retailers, and other resellers of Shure products, together with their employees, agents and families, are not eligible for this rebate offer, nor may Shure product distributors, retailers, resellers, or their employees, agents or families claim rebates on behalf of end user purchasers. This offer also is not valid for (i) any purchase of used, refurbished, or demonstrated products, (ii) any registration made after the Promotion End Date.
5. Mahajak Development Co., Ltd (“Mahajak”) is the Shure authorized distributor in Thailand to execute this rebate program and to fulfill this rebate offer for and on behalf of Shure.
6. To submit a rebate request, please: (1) obtain a Rebate Authorization number by submitting a rebate form online no later than Dec 31, 2021 11:59 pm Bangkok Time and print confirmation page (including Rebate Authorization number) and (2) pack and bring along the Trade-In Products and confirmation page to
7. Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd reserve the right to require additional information from rebate applicants to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this rebate offer. All submitted documentation and materials become the exclusive property of Shure and will not be returned.
Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd are not responsible for the rebate applicant’s failure to submit, in a timely and proper manner, all required information, documentation, materials, Trade-In Product or other required claim materials.
The rebate applicant is solely liable for submissions that are late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, postage due or otherwise not properly and timely submitted for any reason (“Incomplete Rebate Submission”).
Rebates may not be issued for Incomplete Rebate Submissions or submissions determined in good faith discretion of Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd to be fraudulent. Submitting false information to obtain a rebate may be subject to prosecution. Keep copies of all documentation submitted for your records.
8. Offer valid only for purchases made in Thailand by Thailand residents only. This rebate offer is void where taxed or prohibited by law. In any event, rebate recipients are solely responsible for any taxes imposed on their rebates.
9. Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd reserve the exclusive right to determine whether rebate submissions meet eligibility requirements, the right to pursue all available remedies for false claims, and the right to inspect and reject wireless systems or components submitted to Shure as part of a rebate application if Shure determines that any part of the systems or components were not in working condition at the time of their submission or the systems or components were not genuine product acquired by the end user purchaser in a bona fide purchase (e.g., counterfeit or stolen products, products obtained by any unlawful means, or products imported by the purchaser from outside Thailand), or for any other reason. Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd also reserve the right at any time, without notice, to suspend, terminate, extend or alter in any respect this rebate offer or any related terms or conditions. The decisions by Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd regarding rebate eligibility and other matters related to this rebate offer are final. Rejection of any Incomplete Rebate Application by Shure and Mahajak Development Co., Ltd will not entitle the applicant to any rebate, refund, return or other accommodation with respect to the applicant’s purchase of new Shure wireless systems or components. Concept will make a good faith effort to return trade-in products if a rebate is denied.

1. ข้อเสนอส่วนลดนี้ใช้ได้สำหรับการซื้อ ไมโครโฟนไร้สายและอุปกรณ์ระบบไร้สาย ในคลื่นความถี่ใหม่ ยี่ห้อ Shure เฉพาะรุ่นต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น BLX, SLX-D Digital , QLX-D Digital, ULX-D Digital, Axient Digital, PSM300, PSM900 และ PSM1000 (“ผลิตภัณฑ์ Shure”) รุ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ตามที่กำหนดดังกล่าว อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต โดยมิต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ตามเงื่อนไขของเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ Shure
2. ข้อเสนอส่วนลดนี้ เป็นการให้สิทธิ์แบบ 1 ต่อ 1 เท่านั้น โดยไมโครโฟนไร้สายและอุปกรณ์ระบบไร้สาย 1 ชาแนล (Channel) จะได้รับส่วนลดสำหรับไมโครโฟนไร้สายและอุปกรณ์ระบบไร้สาย 1 ชาแนล (Channel) ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ยี่ห้อ Shure ที่ซื้อใหม่เท่านั้น ตัวอย่างเช่น หากต้องการส่วนลดสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ยี่ห้อ Shure ที่มีช่องสัญญาณ 4 ชาแนล (Channel) ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นำมาลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิส่วนลดจะต้องมีเครื่องส่งสัญญาณแบบ Single-channel จำนวน 4 ตัว และ เครื่องรับสัญญาณแบบ Single-channel จำนวน 4 ตัว หรือ เครื่องส่งสัญญาณแบบ Single-channel จำนวน 4 ตัว และ เครื่องรับสัญญาณแบบ Dual-channel จำนวน 2 ตัว หรือ จำนวนเครื่องส่งสัญญาณและเครื่องรับสัญญาณที่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกันได้จำนวน 4 ชาแนล (Channel) เป็นต้น
3. จำนวนส่วนลดที่กำหนด สามารถใช้ได้สำหรับแต่ละชาแนล (Channel) ของไมโครโฟนไร้สายและอุปกรณ์ระบบไร้สายของ Shure เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ การใช้สิทธิส่วนลดซื้อสินค้าดังกล่าว ผู้ซื้อจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน (รวมถึงการส่งคืนผลิตภัณฑ์เดิม ที่ต้องการใช้สิทธิ์ สำหรับเป็นส่วนลดผลิตภัณฑ์ Shure ในแต่ละรายการ) รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอื่น ๆ ที่บังคับใช้ทั้งหมด
4. โปรแกรมส่วนลดนี้อนุญาตให้ใช้กับลูกค้า ผู้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ ผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาตผ่าน ประเทศไทย เท่านั้น ผู้ซื้อเดิมจะต้องได้รับหมายเลขการอนุมัติ และ/หรือ เอกสารการอนุมัติ โปรแกรมส่วนลด ก่อนวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 (“ วันที่สิ้นสุดโปรโมชั่น”) ทั้งนี้โปรแกรมดังกล่าว สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้ ผู้จัดจำหน่าย ผู้ค้าปลีกและผู้ค้าอื่น ๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ Shure พร้อมกับพนักงาน ตัวแทน และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ นำสิทธิ์ของลูกค้าผู้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์มาใช้กับโปรแกรมโดยเด็ดขาด เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผลิตภัณฑ์เจ้าของจาก Shure เท่านั้น ข้อเสนอนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับ การลงทะเบียนใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากวันที่สิ้นสุดโปรแกรม
5. บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ("มหาจักร") เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาตของ Shure ในประเทศไทย เพื่อดำเนินโปรแกรมส่วนลดนี้และดำเนินการตามข้อเสนอส่วนลดนี้ในนามของ Shure
6. ขั้นตอนการขอรับส่วนลด กรุณาปฏิบัติดังนี้ :
(1) เมื่อได้รับหมายเลขการอนุมัติส่วนลดโดยการกรอกแบบฟอร์มขอส่วนลดทางออนไลน์ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 เวลา 23:59 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย) ให้พิมพ์เอกสารยืนยันที่มีหมายเลขการอนุมัติส่วนลดดังกล่าว
และ (2 ) นำผลิตภัณฑ์เดิมที่ต้องการใช้สิทธิ์เป็นส่วนลด และ เอกสารอนุมัตินำมาแสดงที่
7. Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้สมัครสำหรับโปรแกรมส่วนลดนี้ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของข้อเสนอส่วนลด เอกสารและเนื้อหาที่ส่งมาทั้งหมด จะถือเป็นทรัพย์สินเฉพาะของ Shure และจะไม่ถูกส่งคืน Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล้มเหลว ของผู้สมัครโปรแกรมส่วนลด ในการส่งข้อมูล เอกสาร ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้สิทธิ์ส่วนลด หรือเอกสารการใช้สิทธิ์อื่นๆ ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่วนลด ถือเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบสำหรับการส่งที่ล่าช้า สูญหาย เสียหาย สถานที่ส่งไม่ถูกต้อง ความผิดพลาด การอ่านที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ระยะเวลาในการส่งไปรษณีย์ หรือส่งไม่ถูกต้องและไม่ทันเวลา ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใด ๆ (“ การใช้ส่วนลดไม่สมบูรณ์”) จะไม่มีการออกส่วนลด สำหรับการยื่นสมัครที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือให้ถือเป็นที่พิจารณาจากดุลยพินิจของ Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด การสมัครโปรแกรมส่วนลด โดยการส่งข้อมูลเท็จเพื่อขอรับส่วนลดอาจถูกดำเนินคดี เอกสารทั้งหมดที่ส่งมา จะถูกเก็บสำเนาไว้เพื่อบันทึกประวัติ
8. ข้อเสนอนี้ใช้ได้สำหรับการซื้อในประเทศไทย โดยผู้มีภูมิลำเนาในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ผู้มีสิทธฺิ์ได้รับส่วนลดจากโปรแกรมนี้ จะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ จ่ายภาษี ตามกฎหมายกำหนดไว้
9. Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิในการพิจารณาการยื่นสมัคร โปรแกรมส่วนลด เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด, คุณสมบัติ, สิทธิในการดำเนินการแก้ไขสำหรับการอ้างสิทธิ์ที่เป็นเท็จและสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบ การปฏิเสธไมโครโฟนไร้สายและอุปกรณ์ระบบไร้สาย หรือส่วนประกอบที่ส่งไปยัง Shure โดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขอส่วนลด หรือ Shure พิจารณาว่าส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของระบบ หรือส่วนประกอบไม่อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้ในขณะที่ส่ง หรือระบบหรือส่วนประกอบไม่ใช่ผลิตภัณฑ์ของแท้ที่ผู้ซื้อผู้ใช้ปลายทางได้มาจากการซื้อโดยสุจริต (เช่นผลิตภัณฑ์ปลอมหรือถูกขโมยผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้มาโดยวิธีการที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผู้ซื้อนำเข้าจากนอกประเทศไทย) หรือด้วยเหตุผลอื่นใด Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับ ยุติ ขยายหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อเสนอส่วนลดนี้หรือข้อกำหนดหรือเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า การตัดสินของ Shure และ บริษัท มหาจักรดีเวลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี
