EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Due to new federal regulations, Shure is forced to cease repair of wireless products operating in the 700 MHz range. Please do not return these products to Shure for repair. For more information and a list of affected products, please see our 700 MHz Update.
Repair Costs for Out-Of-Warranty Products
Products that are beyond the two-year warranty period can be repaired for a flat fee:

If your product is out of warranty, please return it with your credit card payment information. We Accept Amex, MasterCard, and Visa. Include your credit card type, name on the card, account number, date of expiration, and CVV code (last 3 digits on back of Visa/MC, 4 digits on front of AMEX) with your repair.
If a product is returned damaged, or cannot be serviced economically due to obsolescence, Shure may, at our option, return the product as received, or offer to replace the product at a higher replacement cost.
If you require an estimate prior to repair, turnaround time will be significantly longer. Shure must receive a response and payment of repair estimates within 5 business days. All open estimates over 5 business days will be returned as is.

For out-of-warranty products, all prices INCLUDE return shipment via UPS Ground. Additional charges apply for shipping upgrades as follows (up to 10 lbs):

Before Sending Earphones for Repair...
If you are losing sound in one or both of your earphones, the issue may be that the earphones need to be cleaned rather than repaired. Try cleaning them using the provided cleaning tool in case that resolves the issue for you. If the issue persists after cleaning, then proceed with the repair request process outlined above.
