We believe it’s the people, not just our products, that make us successful. Every story of every Associate has left a unique imprint on each product that bears the Shure name.
We honor the diversity of our teams through Associate Resource Groups, International Food Days, mentorship programs, and global awareness celebrations that are designed to promote pride and togetherness at every level.

Shure is proud to celebrate Black History and African Ancestry Month.

This annual event was grown from an idea by noted historian and Harvard University graduate Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans in 1926. Forward to 1976, and every U.S. president since has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month—to recognize the culture, legacy, achievements, and contributions of people of Black or African descent.

As we celebrate our Company’s 100th Anniversary in 2025, we underscore our commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access. We embrace the rich history and accomplishments of Black and African individuals and amplify these voices through personal experiences, imagery, volunteer opportunities, education, and resources. We hope to spark meaningful conversation about the importance of Black History and African Ancestry and provide opportunities to be voices for inclusion at our Company and in our industry.
