Wondering what makes Shure KSM studio microphones sound like no other? Grammy-winning engineer Paul Norris from London's Metropolis Studios describes using the versatile KSM range for the first time.

Over the years, a number of top international artists have walked through the doors of Metropolis looking to capture the essence of their music and give it a certain extra something. The studio's chief engineer is inspired by very natural sounding audio, so when we sent him a bunch of our KSM microphones and asked him to record a session, we knew he would have a lot of fun!
