As a reminder, in-ear monitoring was once something that only professional touring bands could afford, but nowadays you can purchase IEM systems for just a fraction of what you would have paid ten years ago.

Last week we went and spent some time with the band Dorje and asked them to describe the difference Shure PSM300 IEM's has made on their performances. We decided to speak with each band member separately, with the advantage of this approach being that they all said something slightly different...

If you still need more persuading that having IEM's can really help to improve your performance, and need a basic understanding of IEM systems, try this video.

There are a few different Shure PSM300 systems available. We've got the standard PSM300 system, the 'Premium' system featuring metal receivers, and last but not least the brand new bandpack edition. Note: The bandpack edition contains one transmitter and two bodypack receivers allowing bands who require two systems to save money on buying a second complete system or an additional bodypack.

With the bandpack edition two members of a band can use the same transmitter and create a personal audio mix via MixMode®.
