Bug Fixes

  • In certain environments, user is unable to add cross-subnet devices using Add by IP feature
  • In the transmitter tab, ULXD transmitters display Battery health = 255% and Cycle count = 65535 when using non-Shure batteries

KNOWN ISSUE

SystemOn 3.0.1 incorrectly warns "Check system requirements, your current firmware version may not be confirmed compatible" for firmware versions that it does not support.

To operate SystemOn 3.0.1 with Shure networked systems, see the following list of supported firmware versions:

  • ULX-D 1.7.34 - 2.3.4
    • ULX-D J50A or L50A frequency bands are not supported
    • ULX-D new hardware revisions are not supported

  • After using the characters { or } in a Channel name, the Channel name field appears greyed out and can't be changed again for about 10 seconds.
  • On the Device Properties for a Microflex Wireless MXW1, the Firmware Version field erroneously shows the firmware version may be incompatible.
  • When Access Control is activated on a ULXD4/D/Q, the receiver will not be visible in SystemOn 2.1.
  • Remote Microflex Wireless Transmitter Linking is not available with SystemOn 2.1. This feature will be available in a future software update.
  • Microflex Wireless Audio and RF metering information is not available with SystemOn 2.1. This feature will be available in a future software update.
  • UTC time and date are displayed on Event Log and Email/SMS notifications.
  • If a valid license activation ID is applied and fails on the first attempt, retry a second time before calling support.
  • Monitoring widget may show erroneous characters for a short time period for Microflex Wireless (MXW) and ULX-D microphones.
  • Some languages may show words or sentences that are cut off.
