1. SPONSOR/PROMOTION ADMINISTRATOR: Iconic Mic Giveaway Singapore (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd, 285 Outram Road, Singapore 169069 is the “Sponsor”. The Promotion Administrator for the Promotion is Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd, 285 Outram Road, Singapore 169069) (“Promotion Administrator”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to submit an Entry for the Promotion, a participant (“participant”, “entrant”, “you”) must be a legal resident of Singapore over the age of 18 and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of the date of entry. Promotion entrants must be the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address used for the Entry. Void outside of Singapore and where otherwise prohibited or restricted, in any manner. Employees of Sponsor, or those of its subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, and other companies directly involved in the implementation and/or operation of the Promotion, along with their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. All national, regional federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this Promotion and submitting an Entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its agents, including decisions regarding which participant is awarded a prize. Eligible participants must comply with all entrance requirements published by the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion. All entrants must have access to the Internet in order to participate. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. If you post updates to or receive updates from Facebook via SMS from your wireless phone, your wireless-service provider may charge for each text message sent and received. You are responsible for any and all such charges and should consult your service providers regarding their pricing plans.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion shall commence at 12:00 am (PST) on 1st  of May, 2023 and shall continue in effect until 11:59 pm (PST) on the 31st  of May, 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid. Sponsor has no responsibility to accept late, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

4. PROMOTION PROCEDURES: To enter the Promotion, a participant must (i) purchase min SGD300 worth of Shure products at authorised dealers: https://www.shure.com/en-ASIA/dealer_locator (“Where to buy Page”) (ii) fill in and submit an entry form at the following page: https://shure.com/en-ASIA/performance-production/iconic-mic-giveaway (“Promo Page”) with the participant’s name, email address and purchase receipt (“Entry”). Each participant may only submit 1 entry. Submission of more than one (1) Entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Participants creating more than one email account to submit an Entry(ies) may be disqualified from the Promotion, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unintelligible, duplicate or late Entries which otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will also be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION: Decisions of the Sponsor and the Promotion Administrator are final and binding to each person who enters the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. Random Drawing: On or about 9th  of June, 2023, the Sponsor, or the Promotion Administrator on Sponsor’s behalf, will conduct a random drawing to select 1 winners from amongst the participants that have submitted an eligible Entry(ies) (individually, a “Winner” and collectively, “Winners”).

6. THE WINNER: The Winner will be entitled to receive a Prize (as defined below). The Winner will be notified on or about 9th  of June, 2023 via the email address provided at the time of registration (“Winner Notification”). Each Winner has seventy-two (72) hours to respond to the Winner Notification to confirm their eligibility for a Prize. Sponsor or Promotion Administrator are not responsible if a Winner does not receive the Winner Notification. If a Winner does not respond to the Winner Notification within seventy-two (72) hours or cannot otherwise be contacted to confirm their eligibility, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. PRIZE: After applicable verification and subject to compliance with these Official Rules, the following prize(s) (each a “Prize”) will be awarded in this Promotion:

• There will be one (1) winner in this promotion and the winner will receive one (1) SM58 Custom Microphone – Iconic Mic Celebration 2023 Design.
• No transfer or substitution of a Prize by Winner permitted except where required by law. If any Prize, or any portion of a Prize, becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value. Taxes on a Prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable Prize winner. The Prize does not include any elements other than the items listed above. Any and all other costs and expenses, including, without limitation, travel costs and other expenses, costs and fees are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to request from any participant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary to validate any entry or to award the Prize.

8. PRIVACY: All information submitted as part of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.shure.com/en-ASIA/meta/privacy. By submitting information in connection with any portion of the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to receive promotional materials from the Sponsor. Participants may opt-out from receiving Sponsor’s promotional materials in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, you (and all of your travel companions, if any) release Promotion Administrator and Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, advertising agencies, and others associated with the implementation and/or operation of such Promotion (collectively, “Promoters”), from and against any and all injury, loss, damage, or cost (including taxes) caused, arising out of, related to, or claimed to be caused by your participation in such Promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any Prize, mode of transportation, lodging or meal establishment related to the Dream Trip Destination, or from any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement related to this Promotion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, each participant agrees that, by entering the Promotion (i) ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING SUCH PROMOTION, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEY'S FEES; AND (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN DAMAGES FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, participants agree that Sponsor and Promotion Administrator: (A) have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Promotion and/or with respect to Prizes, including, without limitation, to any Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; (B) maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, airline, ship line, train, subway, taxi, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, manufacturer, travel agency or other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations (“Suppliers”) as a part of the Prizes provided in connection with the Promotion; and (C) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (1) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the Suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service or product that is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of those Suppliers, (3) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Promoters, and (4) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoters. Each participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promoters from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Promoters and hereby acknowledge that Promoters have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to an Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a Supplier. Please contact the applicable Supplier directly for any questions, exchanges, warranty or expiry matters for the service(s) they provide.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Singapore without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. CONDUCT: By entering into this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules are accessible from the Promotion Website throughout duration of the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
