Introduction

MOriginal is an emerging cultural and creative company that focuses on musical IP investment, creation and production, and performance operation. In their daily work, they engage in rehearsals, synthesis, performances, and operation to ensure a smooth progress of our creative projects.

Challenge

The execution of many of our projects was restricted over the past three years due to the pandemic. Especially last year, all of our colleagues in Shanghai had to work from home, which had a major negative impact on coordination between different departments.

Solution

In the face of this challenge, the most urgent issue that needed to be resolved was to ensure continued operation. Shure's Stem Ecosystem and home office solutions perfectly fit our needs. They selected Stem Wall to help us communicate and rehearse online. The installation of Stem Wall is extremely convenient. It can be placed on a flat surface or hung on any wall. This one-piece audio system comes with full-range speakers and subwoofers which deliver high-quality audio in any space. After plugging in POE+ power, only a USB cable is needed to connect Wall to a computer and start using. To cover larger areas, multiple Wall units can be connected to a POE switch and a Stem Hub device, which allows the units to function as one system. The Stem Ecosystem software platform is also extremely capable and its Room Adapt function is particularly useful. Just press a button and the system automatically optimizes its audio parameters based on the room's acoustics.
