Shure has an ambitious goal of offering our customers an innovative ecosystem of high-quality software to support our networked devices. At Shure Scandinavia, we design and develop high-end conferencing products and advanced software solutions that are used in a wide range of contexts from small meeting rooms to large parliaments.
To reinforce our Engineering team in Denmark we are looking for a:
.NET Back-end Developer with ambitions
You are newly graduated or have a few years of experience with C# and .NET.
- Can you see yourself as part of a professional development team with a high technical level who likes to share experiences with and learn from each other?
- Can you see yourself excel within development of scalable web-based applications?
- Can you see your future in a leading technology-driven company with the framework to create tomorrow's sharpest software solutions?
“You’ll work together with highly experienced and passionate colleagues who develop complex solutions and set new standards for the conferencing products of the future. And although you don’t have many years of experience, you’ll be able to leave a mark on our future,” says Managing Project Engineer, Application SW Development, Michael Sjøstrøm.
Play a key role
You will be a part of an application software development team with 8 colleagues in Copenhagen. We have started the journey to implement SAFe (scaled agile framework) and as a developer, you will be part of this agile transformation.
In this job, you will contribute to the development of Shure’s ecosystem of software solutions in collaboration with developers from Chicago, USA, and Hyderabad, India. The task at hand is to develop new web-based solutions operated from a server or as an individual software application.
“Your main area of development will be on the back-end that serves the web-based front-end application, handles business logic and integrates with Shure’s hardware. We expect that you contribute to all phases of the development process – from idea and concept to prototypes and design as well as implementation,” says Michael.
Are you ready for a solid career?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT and you may be newly graduated or have experience from a similar role with C# and ASP.NET
- You are interested in both MongoDB, ASP.NET and Web API
- It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of embedded systems and cloud solutions and that you are familiar with the SOLID design principles
- Your code is of high quality and you regard testing of your own code as a natural part of the development process
- You speak and write both Danish and English
As a person, you are focused, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering innovation software solutions. You are passionate about and at the forefront of the development within the above-mentioned technologies and the opportunities they represent. You are used to working in an agile team and see opportunities in the challenges that occur – and you thrive being part of project teams that span multiple cultures and borders.
A professional development department with focus on knowledge sharing
You will become part of a professional development team who likes to share experiences with and learn from each other. We offer you an inspiring and flexible workplace, a dynamic work environment, great colleagues and an attractive compensation package reflective of your experience and qualifications. “In the team, we value collaboration, commitment and innovation. We have a natural interest in complex issues, and we are not afraid of taking on challenging assignments,” assures Michael.
