Which wireless has Worldwide Coverage

FAQ #2481 Updated October 22, 2008

I'm emailing you from Australia, very interested in your ULXP14 system. I have a query regarding the usage overseas as well. I realise it's illegal in lots of cases, but I notice on the ULXP series, you can manually set the frequency that you wish for it to operate at.

Does the unit cover a wide enough range to be usable everywhere legally, and it's only a matter of changing it in each location, or is the unit's range coverage to suit 1 country only?

The brief answer: No, the ULX is not legal "everywhere."

Please read the following link to understand why NO wireless microphone is legal "everywhere".

Can I use my Shure wireless system in another country?
