In reading the specifications of the SLX1 and SLX2 transmitters, they both mention they work on alkaline or rechargeable AA cells (batteries). Can you give any particular specifications for rechargeable AA cells?
Choose the rechargeable cell with the highest milliamp/hour rating AND preferably with a full charge voltage of 1.5 volts. There are rechargeable alkaline AA cells available.
We have also received favorable reports about Sony rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride AA cells- some with a current capacity of 2,700 mAh. One SLX user reported that his SLX1 ran for over 18 hours using these Sony AA cells.
