FP5 and phantom power

I have the FP5 receiver.  It works fine, except when I connect it to an input that has phantom power activated.  Then the FP5 audio gets noisy.   Turn off the phantom power and the FP5 is OK again.  Is this a known issue?   Is there a work-around?


This is a known issue and there is a fix for it. Please send the FP5 to the Shure Service Center in your country, and they will be able to perform a modification to the circuit board to fix this issue.
