Chicago Tribune Names Shure Incorporated A Winner In Chicago's 2018 Top Workplaces

November 5, 2018

NILES, IL., Nov. 5, 2018—Shure Incorporated has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by the Chicago Tribune. The winners list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“We are extremely grateful for our talented and dedicated Associates and the contributions they make to the success of our Company,” said Chris Schyvinck, Shure President and CEO. “To receive the 2018 Top Workplaces Award is a rewarding testament to the culture and work environment we are committed to creating at Shure, and we are honored to be recognized for this achievement.”
