SERVICE POLICIES
Service and repair for Shure products is handled by Shure Incorporated and our Authorized Distribution Centers.
Outside the U.S?
If your Shure product requires service and you are outside the United States, please visit Shure Global and find your country. Please do not send international repairs to the U.S. International repairs sent to the U.S. will be redirected to your regional Shure Service Center for processing -- significant delay of your return will result.

If your product is out of warranty, please return your repair with your credit card payment information. We Accept Amex, MasterCard, and Visa. Include your credit card type, name on the card, account number, date of expiration, and CVV code (last 3 digits on back of Visa/MC, 4 digits on front of AMEX) with your repair.
- If a product is returned damaged, or cannot be serviced economically due to obsolescence, Shure may, at our option, return the product as received, or offer to replace the product at a higher replacement cost.
Repair Costs for Out Of Warranty Products
Effective February 1, 2008
Products that are beyond the two-year warranty period can be repaired for a flat fee.

If you require an estimate prior to repair, turnaround time will be significantly longer. Shure must receive a response and payment of repair estimates within 5 business days. All open estimates over 5 business days will be returned as is.

For out of warranty products, all prices INCLUDE return shipment via UPS Ground. Additional charges apply for shipping upgrades as follows (up to 10 lbs)
- 2nd Day Air - $10.00
- Next Day Air - $20.00
