Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly from Shure Incorporated, you may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. To request your refund, please call Shure's Consumer Products Customer Support Department at 1.888.88SHURE (1.888.887.4873) or via e-mail at info@shure.com to receive a return authorization number.


The products must be shipped to Shure in their original packaging, freight prepaid. Merchandise must be in as-new condition, and include all packaging materials such as user's guides, accessories, and any other items originally included with the product. Products returned damaged or missing packaging materials are subject to a 15 percent restocking charge.


NOTE: This guarantee applies only to consumer products purchased directly from Shure Incorporated. Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used to purchase products. No cash refunds.


Shipping Policy
Shure strives to ship orders within 3-5 business days dependent upon product availability. Shure can ship to any address within the U.S.


Shure cannot ship to U.S. Territories outside of the 50 states such as U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico or to P.O. box addresses. To find out more about where to buy internationally, please select the appropriate country from the drop down menu on the top right corner of www.shure.com.


Shure offers three (3) shipping options for Internet orders: Standard UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. All orders are still dependent upon product availability. Please note that UPS does not deliver to post office boxes or APO addresses. Shure is unable to accommodate rush requests for orders shipping to APO addresses.


Products may occasionally go on backorder due to unexpected demand for the product, in which case Shure will contact customers via e-mail within 5 business days unless notification of the delay is stated in the shopping cart area. When estimating the total delivery time to receive your package, please consider the following formula: Available-to-ship time + selected delivery option time = Total Delivery Time. For example, a product available to ship within 3-5 business days and sent via standard Ground Delivery (3-8 days average) will arrive 6-13 days after ordering.


UPS Second Day Air - UPS 2nd Day air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States by the end of the second business day. For second day service, orders must be placed before 2:00pm CST. Offer is subject to product availability.


UPS Next Day Air - Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states by 10:30am, noon, or end of day the next business day, depending on destination. For next day service, orders must be placed before 2:00pm CST. Offer is subject to product availability.


UPS Ground
If order subtotal falls between $0.00 - $20.00, the shipping/handling charge is $3.00.
For orders subtotaling 20.01 and up, the shipping/handling charge is $6.00.


UPS 2nd Day Air
If order subtotal falls between $0.00 - $20.00, the shipping/handling charge is $7.00.
For orders subtotaling 20.01 and up, the shipping/handling charge is $15.00.


UPS Next Day Air
If order subtotal falls between $0.00 - $20.00, the shipping/handling charge is $12.00.
For orders subtotaling 20.01 and up, the shipping/handling charge is $25.00.


Tax Information
Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges, and is based on the shipment's destination state, county, city, and local sales tax rates.
